How Funny are registered as a data controller with the ICO (Information Commissioner's office). Our registration number is ZA277436. The ICO is an independent UK regulatory office who deal with data protection, such as compliance with the new Data Protection Act 2018, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and information rights for the general public. We take personal data seriously and follow the guidelines and practices recommended by the ICO.  

 

You may instruct us at any time not to process your personal information for marketing purposes, even if you have previously agreed, by emailing or writing to us.
 

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the new Data Protection Act 2018. If you would like a digital copy of the information held on you please email or write to us. If the personal information we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated please email or write to us. If you disclose the personal information of another person to us, you must obtain that person’s consent to both the disclosure and the processing of that personal information.

Customers personal information will be retained for 2 years from their most recent purchase date. Personal information of individuals who subscribe to our mailing list, will be retained until such time the individual opts-out or unsubscribes.

All our payment transactions are handled through Worldpay. We will share personal information with our payment provider only to process payments you make via our website, issue refunds and deal with issues relating to this. You should review our payment provider's own privacy policy. 

Information that we collect may be stored, processed in and shared internationally between any of the countries we trade in.

Our website may include hyperlinks to and details of, third party websites. We have no control over and are not responsible for the privacy, policies and practices of any third parties.
